Suggestion: Bring back the month drawing from voting with less rewards as @a18greek18 is suggestion to boost the other lucky parts.

Reason: Because it was cool to see who would win the monthly drawing!

That sounds cool. I just think that the luck rampage should come with like 12 extra stars and a drawing for something else.
