Jeez, we're a big server and can't even get creative? Money is too boring now a days, everyone has it What about cool items than can preform small, but cool tasks? Lored items? Idk, other types of one-of-a-kind cool stuff that's only given out from build competitions? People love that kind of stuff.
People like lored items.. but when every contest gives out a few lored items there are quickly a lot of them, and they lose their novelty value.
TL;DR The prizes are big. I just won a huge one. Giving me items no one else has, plus a star tool. The build comp was completely overlooked by mental health week. I think that's why they are smaller.
