Suggestion: Making /ignore a better command by being consistent after restarts
Reason: So let's say you have someone that will not stop harassing you. You tell them to stop, do /ignore, file a complaint, etc, all is good. Kinda. After every restart, that person is unignored and then they can still come and harass you later. This gets quite annoying after a while, and I don't want to do /ignore for the same person over and over again. If you go to the complaint/ban appeal section on the forums, you will notice mods often tell the people complaining to do /ignore. Why should we use /ignore if it's just going to reset after a restart? Seeing how frequent the mods tell players to do /ignore, it makes sense that we should make the /ignore system better.
