    Joining a town has nothing to do with the economy. People give away free plots you know...

    And if they have no interest in the economy/towns, they wouldn't bother going through the hassle of getting a town in the first place. (It's also quite condescending/silly to assume that 8 year olds simply can't follow rules and just want to grief, but that's beside the point for now.)

    With the release of a new minigame, there'd probably be advertising coupled with emails sent to existing users and increased player retention from the new minigames - All boosting playercount, giving a sufficient amount of players to have Bedwars games.

    Objections regarding playercount or the type of players it'd attract are silly. That being said, I'd rather have something like Skywars or Kit-PvP worked on instead, though.

    I guess I cant assume all 8 year olds would do such things. Sorry.
    But BedWars would take a year to get out knowing the ECC Dev team.
    I know I have ranted about this before, but VMR literally uses only 1 plugin, two commands from it and a little bit of text configuration. It took how long to do that for the ECC dev team? A little of world set up
    too. It should have only taken a day or two days at max to release Vmr, there was very little work to be done. Yet it took 2 weeks+ iirc. Skyblock may be harder I guess, but there are Skyblock plugins that would be good for configuration, and the only logical explanation for why Skyblock is taking so long is the spawn for it is taking time to be built.
    And BedWars. If this even gets enough +1's to get accepted, you guys can have fun waiting 1-2 years for it. And I am not even joking, thats a pretty good estimate for the dev team to configure a couple plugins.

    No offence to the DevTeam, they do a good job, but make it seem like theres sooo much work so it's taking long, when in reality, there isnt.

    You forgot anticheat, which had to be configured as well (more strictly than on the main server). Oh, and a completely separate plugin that automatically resets the world and balances every Sunday, updates the leaderboard accordingly and apparently also hands out the VMR prizes.

    If these arent the plugins they use, then most likely something similar.
    And I also dont think Essentials has multi-server support, only multi-world support iirc. Meaning I dont think its possible for another plugin (or Essentials itself) to automatically hand out the vmr prizes accross servers. Correct me if I am wrong. I dont know about the leaderboard thing, it seems like its done manually, and if it isn't, then well done Dev Team for making that automated. And I can accept that I might be wrong here, but if they only used those 3 plugins, and manually give out prizes/update leaderboards, then I think they could have taken a week or less max to do it imo.
    But this is really off-topic.

    Do you have evidence that shows that it was ever automated in the first place? I am not saying andrew is lying, but do you know for a fact that it was ever automated to begin with?

    I am giving this a plus 1. The reasons for this are:
    1. This will increase the server's population! The server has really died in population.
    2. This will be really fun and will add another cool game to ecc!

    +0.5 Nice idea but can we not piggyback on Hypickle? Also, staff are busy; look at the now-abolished ETA of Skyblock for example.

    We have far too many plans as it stands with servers that we are adding. Should we finish all our current plans (which are through the roof as they include all AEM's previous game modes) then we will look into suggestions regarding different game modes. Please wait until our AEM work is done and make a new suggestion at that time.
