[Suggestion] Ban shout spam/Make it so we can ignore it

Its like that in the real world also, so least ECC has got that down.

You can disable lotto

 

But you can't disable the alert for it .

 

You can ignore the user doing the alerts,
but its a tedious process as they are regular and after daily resets.

Down with regular Crazy Lottos too

 

That is the point of shouts, however. I think that giving a certain amount of donators the ability to turn shouts off would work in this case.

 

You're not forced to play ECC though.

we should have it so you can load your shoutignore account with money, and each time someone shouts it takes money away from that
ex:
/shoutignore 1000
next shout is ignored
2nd shout is shown

However, I do seriously doubt shout spam was the main reason you don't play.

 

how are 15 shouts equal to 100 lotto tickets

 

because we cant do math

 

15 shouts costs 15k

100 lottery tickets costs 100k 85k goes into the pot, and 15k goes out of the economy/into the taxpile (regardless of the fact that there is the rare tax giveback, it still goes out of the economy)
