I agree with Jason that they probably should keep a record somewhere unless it would be too much of a hassle. Some people have been banned for ages, and when they appeal, the staff team cannot let them back because they don't know they are telling the truth about why they were banned.

 

Oh they let em back alright. I've seen one or two appeals where the staff can't find out why in the world someone was banned, so they unban em.
