ok let me put this into easier to understand terms
at the current moment in time if you loan someone something via a CONTRACT and they fail to return they item they are banend... obviously they can make a new acc.

with my system you get charged and banned, and the user receives the worth of there item simple as that instead of losign it and the mods going oh well we dont compensate for lost or stolen items and we dont spawn items, basically it is a safety net for people getting scammed, the user is banned and you get your money back.

 

the banning would be part of the contract being broken but stolio just told me we arent aloud to put players balances into the negative anymore so poof this entire idea is basically pointless now
