So Im not really all that well versed in how anvil repair works. How much does it cost to repair an enchanted tool with an anvil.

In game, i thought you could only repair items a few times before they cost too much xp?
Also thought you had a chance to de-enchant? Though i could be getting mixed up with Repair on mcmmo.

 

Instead of getting to use anvils, it should just be kit anvil and a /anvil to use a anvil with out one like wb.

 

+1 Features should just be for stuff not available in vanilla minecraft, like flying or /repair. As you said, 99% of people who buy this feature do so for the /repair command anyways, which is still substantially better than anvils.

 

I don’t know how I feel about this.

I mean, most players offer the service for free or extremely cheap anyway, so with anvils available to all, the feature would not be bought as much.

 

I meant in game using an anvil if it was enabled.

 

If the feature is already offered for free then surely that means that giving part of it to everyone won't have an effect?

 

+1 make ecc players be able to have normal minecraft features, don't make players pay for them

+1 So ECC will gain more members with features free of charge (while retaining the features that are exclusively for people who bought such a feature, for balancing reasons).

Sure! I mean it I vough extended commands it would be for /repair (and maybe anvil, but let’s be real-it’s for /repair). Making anvils accessible would be a small thing. Just a higher rate of nametags, with the price for the tags that will either sky rocket or drop to the depth of ECC.
I mean we can just try it out for a month and see how it goes!

 

+1 This had absolutely no bearing on my decision to buy all the extcommand features. I bought them purely for /repair. I do not foresee this having a negative impact on the number of times this feature is sold.

Never even touched the anvil when I started off. Why bother when you can ask in trade for free repairs
Allowing for such a small ability will not increase the player base

 

What about naming things and combining tools. What about having to name name tags because animals get removed if you don't name them. Anvils just don't repair tools..

 

When is someone going to just make the suggestion to make all features free? it will save a lot of time over doing them one by one

Still just ask for someone else to do it for you. There are plenty of people online who are willing to do it.
