I'm talking about this suggestion, and the plugins in this suggestion. From what I've heard, they are buggy.
Some of us may seem kind of stubborn in this situation because no one who has posted on this thread that disagrees is affected by this or never will be. We end up saying the same thing because they post clueless things that dont matter. As for people being called trolls its because they are the people logging they come to this thread and say its bad because its how they don't lose their stuff and frankly i dont care for this if they want to make valid points then go ahead but if theyre going to do that then i dont want that.
So you researched all 5 on the main post and the other suggested one in this thread? and found they all had bugs in them?
No, but your totally ignoring my other points and seem confident in destroying this one. From what I heard, they are buggy in "general", not buggy in "plugin abcd is superbuggy". What about all the other facts and points I made?
i realize they are generally buggy but most of the ones i posted are popularly used plugins by other servers so id think they'd be less buggy or not buggy at all so id expect some research to need to be done. Also as for you saying pvp is small you're completely wrong and its just an example of someone who doesn't pvp saying stuff they think is right they heard from somebody else.
Unless you wish to address ALL my points and not flat out call me completely wrong, and make claims as to how I know things, I still stand with my opinion.
i addresed all your points you said its not a large feature and doesnt have enough supporters which it does and that its buggy.
You can't base your entire opinion off what you've "heard". Unless you have proof, I don't find your posts necessary to be in this thread. I, personally, have tried these plugins on a test server with other plugins; as they do not seem to be causing any troubles with the server. If necessary, I will code or edit a plugin to fit the needs of the server.
Since no one seems to be listening to my entire post, let me re-write it. It's practically useless. Pvp is barely ever used. 20 people would be huge. I've seen 80 in SG before. I've seen 300 on the server and barely any in Pvp. It's just another plug-in that we don't need. If Pvp had enough supporters, perhaps it would be treated the same.
Pvp is not as small as u think and jason i dont think u even pvp...... alot of pvpers have left cause loggers/looters/mcmmo it would be much bigger if pvp took skill not stats but logging is a frustrating thing for pvpers i have 5 prot Iv logs a day that isnt small thats over 60k...... im not greedy but pvp is a way of money and if u dont pvp then u shouldent be in this post because u dont know how big pvp is you dont know how logging can be so frustrating

Anyway, this is why I'm not going to continue debating. You guys are definitely set in yours ways, and little old me isn't going to change your mind.
Jason its not useless to you it is but to us its not. pvp is used a lot you dont pvp so you dont know about it you just know that other people who are clueless say it is. Its a plugin that pvpers need so all i see right now is you being selfish show so empathy for other people and their struggles.
LOL Jason I know more about pvp then you'll ever try to know, even with other servers, why do you care about this. Unless you pvp on a daily basis, just stop. this will not effect you so just don't try to argue about how bad it is :|.
To tell you the truth, it seems to be that you PvP very little; therefore I don't see the point of why you are participating in this suggestion. This is really behalf on the users who participate regularly in PvP, and this is a form of them giving feedback from their experiences.
If only people that Pvped every single day talked in this suggestion, every single one would agree. There's no point in even having a suggestion thread in that case.
