Does it count if I want my grandma to join my shop? I know she wont get P/O'd xD And yes, my grams does play ECC very frequently.
Revan pretty much said everything that I want to say on the issue. Due to the way spawn shops are set up rent wise, it does not make sense to be able to add other people to them. If the owner forgets to pay rent, everyone's SOL. And then this brings a whole new set of scams to the table; rent a shop, add people to it, let them set up all their valuables, let it expire, watch everyone scream. What if the owner gets banned? Permabanned? Can't renew because of these bans? What if these bans happen right before spawn shops are cleared and none of the users have time to get their stuff out? Contracts don't cover trade signs ergo in game agreements won't either, how do we settle disputes? They'll happen, even if everything is clearly stated that it's the owner's fault if anything happens, it doesn't prevent added users from getting hurt and it doesn't stop people from getting upset over something happening anyway. And you know upfront that if someone does get hurt, no one's getting a refund. Overall I don't see it ever happening. There was a time way back when where I was like "yea that would be cool" but as someone who's seen anything and everything go wrong, it's not worth the mess and I wouldn't wish that on the GAs to deal with ever. Spawn shop applications are already the most time consuming things to work through, paperwork and check wise, there doesn't need to be new aspects added to that.
