Suggestion: Add some more SG arenas.

Reason: Summertime is coming, and that means ECC will most likely see an influx of players, new and old. So why not add some more SG arenas? I remember that I loved having eight arenas last summer, and I was devastated when four of them were removed (especially the old Arena 5 </3). Increasing the amount of arenas, no matter how many we add, would probably attract more players, and spread out the number of people clustered at the SG arenas.

Any Other Information: In a suggestion made by @bmanvman a while back, I said this:

This would be my personal preference. We do need to cycle out a couple of old arenas, Arena 2 and Arena 4 being two of them. Also, we don't necessarily need to have eight arenas; six arenas would do as well. However, this is a suggestion, so it's open to debate how exactly this would work.

If this suggestion does get implemented, and Chernobyl 2015 gets re-added somewhere in there... <3 Playing that map and wrecking the competition with @_TrueStud13 and @oRON647 last summer was awesome.

Also, I've seen a couple comments about how few players there are at the SG boards at the moment, even during peak hours. Yes, this is true, but this suggestion was made more in preparation for the upcoming weeks, in which we most likely will see more players there.
