So it's super annoying that I can't combine two of my enchanted picks because one of them has a /own of a player that hasn't been on the server or forums for a year and a half! I can remove MY /own on one of the picks but the other one I can't do anything about! So my suggestion is that if the /owned player has been offline for a year+, a player can file a /own removal to remove the /own. It would work if the player put the /owned item in a locked chest, and In the filing of the removal, it would ask you to provide the coordinates of the chest.
