What I am understanding from this is that you want auto-butcher to be 30 seconds-1 minute instead of the 20 minutes it is now.
Just a note: The title is misleading; it would increase exp prices
As for the suggestion... This would most definetly increase exp price, but is it necassary????? A lot of people kill mobs for money. This would just get you very few mob spawns and then the mobs to disappear. If andrew implemented this, there would be some server lag actually caused by something that is meant to educe lag, weid huh? Well, it's true though.
At the end of the day you need to see if players would like it and continue to play ECC, and that would be a major no for the most part.

i know what to do make xp worth more i amy do a clan tat kills spawners all over mining world nether and we will rise the xp prices

 

if you find a player afk next to a mob spawner, just break a block to allow the mobs access to that player. even though mining world is not pvp, I don't see that this would break any rules.

 

I remember the days that you could sell a full set for $18.000

 

It was far more difficult to get exp. Minecraft didn't give you exp from mining/smelting, only mobs would get you some experience. Then people started to exploit the chicken eggs which resulted in to much chickens and massive lag across the server. So Andrew removed the mobs from the main world and therefore started the mineworlds. Same thing happened and chickens were banned from the server. This is a looooooooooooooooong long time ago :p
