[Suggestion] A Slight Rule Change

Which means this thread is pretty much done... It made it into the staff forums, and that was the goal right? That's as far as a non-mod can take it, its up to the staff for the final decision.

It will never be standard operating procedure for everyone. But we will be doing it for certain players.

 

I understand that making people quote rules is never SOP
BUT
When it does happen, it should be required to be done in THIS fashio and not the CRTL C CTRL V fashion
THAT is what I mean by SOP

 

What I expect we will be doing is that if someone is banned after they have already done copy/paste, then they will need to explain the rule in their own words on the next appeal.

 

I guess thats better than nothing

what you are effectively doing is going in to an appeal expecting the person to be banned again
and thats just stupid
but its also the SOP

 

That would be that person's fault for not actually reading it. Next time make them state the rule in their own words. Do it again, all hope is gone... Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice,shame on me; Fool me thrice, end of story.

Problem is they will do it again for a third time and still be allowed back on

 

So draw a line you mess up 2-3 times or done.
