I agree with her disagreement :p
Also, I not only accept/respect her - I love her just as she is - imperfect or not - she has shown that players do have the ability to change - even if it may be slow and take some time :roflmao:

This suggestion can work and fail at the same time. People can change and some people will never learn. Life has it's twists and turns. People can learn from their mistakes and should be allowed to show that they have changed. Just, because some people don't act well doesn't mean everyone should be thrown in the same bunch.

The thing is... Some people tend to be good people and get perma'd for something that was a total accident where as the people which are not so respectful and rude to other users that don't deserve another chance.

Nice Player= Deserves a second chance.
Not so Nice Player= Dosent deserve a second chance.

I don't think that this sort of '4-strike' system would work to be honest. I think it is too rigid, when Permabans are ultimately solely within the discretion of the Owner (perhaps with advice from upper staff). The thing with PermaBans is that the behaviour is extraordinary and thus requires more than a normal ban - applying a rigid rule to behaviour which by definition isn't ordinary just wouldn't work in my opinion.
