Brief Description:
I was on the third floor of the public farm in Saintmarie when I teleported away to get some supplies. When I used /back to return, I found myself suffocating in dirt, just outside the public farm on the ground level. Due to the teleport cooldown, I was not able to teleport away again, so I died. When I used /back to return and get my stuff, I was able to retrieve everything but my Eff5, Silk, Unbr3 Diamond Pick - a value of roughly $30,000 in today's nstar market (Eff5 = 3000 exp, Silk = 9000 exp, Unbr3 = 1000 exp, nstars ~$1,100 each)

Instructions:
1. Teleport home from 3rd floor of a multilevel farm structure in Saintmarie
2. Use /back feature to return to farm
3. Suffocate in dirt - somehow at ground level outside the farm structure
4. Die
5. Use /back to return to the point of death and retrieve all but max silk pick (suffocating again)
6. Jump and eat recently-picked carrots to stay alive long enough to teleport home again
7. Cry and weep that I lost a $30,000 pick due to a bug

How many times did you recreate this?
This is not the only time I've found myself suffocating after a warp, tp or /back but this is the only time I've ever been returned to the wrong place and died, losing an expensive item.

Result:
Death and loss of exp (minimal) and one Eff5, Silk, Unbr3 Diamond Pick

Expected Result:
I should have returned to the farm, continued my saint-like repair of the minor grief that had occurred there and been rewarded with the warm glow that one would expect from Mother Theresa-like selfless action.

Evidence:
I did not manage to get a screen capture during my brief struggle for my life. I do remember cussing about the cooldown on tp and thinking "oh well, it doesn't matter if I die because I have /back...".

I do, however have the ID number of the lost pick, in case you're able to track it and see what became of it:
I believe it is #JOXK3RF7. We've been through a lot together and I would appreciate getting it back/replaced.
