They don't annoy me that much, i've only lost

It is not illegal. I dig strait down to bedrock all the time. It is quick and an easy way to find ores. As jets said is the mining world and you have to be careful where you walk, especially in build warps. It is also a good Idea to know how to log when falling to prevent dying.

Whats next? Regulating how a player mines in the mini g world? Lol

What type of boots do you have i fell in a whole with featherfall 4 and fell 50 blocks and died in the mining world

 

I lost my full diamond etc from a retard's hole in the mining world

 

Making holes for the purpose of trolling is illegal. I don't know how moderators are supposed to enforce that, but I remember someone being banned for this a few months back.

i have died with 30 level enchant full diamond armor and a silktouch pick those holes are so annoying whenever i run into them i just grab a piece of stone brick and put a sign that says death fall witha frowny face on it

hahha sad reality I fell down one of those
was clearing grass for seeds to plant wheat. Totally wasn't expecting it
I was in full lawnmower mode, slashing grass left and right, in a cleave like some epic tier boss. OH no I'm falling! Are you for real? someone made a team rocket trap... and I fell for it.

I respawned, harvested some nearby sand (like 64+), placed them in the hole, let gravity work, punched my way to the bottom.
All my stuff was gone, I thought I executed the item recovery mission pretty fast but it just wasn't quick enough. Either a. someone snatched my items down there, b. items despawned in less than 5 mins or c. sand blocks destroyed the items on the fall.

 

I try very hard when in the mining world to avoid all the holes to bedrock. When I do go there, I won't lie, I occasionally make them but not to kill people and they are not 1x1. I have made a 30x30 one once. I feel like people should be able to see that :/

 

i personally have found some of these holes. they range in size from 1x1 to 10x10. my personal advice is just to watch where you are going.
