If you want to purchase a Store Stall, you must be a Resident(+), due to you getting the feature Trade Signs. If you are interested in a Repair Chest, it doesn't matter what your rank is!

The current prices of a Store Stall is $5,000/ 2 weeks. The current price of a repair chests is $2,500 for Regular Repairs, or $4,000 for Regular & Enchanted Repairs.

*Note: The repair chests only last for 1 month, if you'd like to buy forever, it will cost you more.*
