    Suggestion:To fix the problem where you can /hat any piece of armor and it will give you extra protection

    Reason:Unfair to anyone who uses it on Protection V Chest

    wouldn't there be something in the plugin config to only allow certain item id's to be used for /hat? Not sure which plugin is used here but this one has that ability http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/hatme/

    I actually disallowed all armor as any can have bonuses that are not normal
