This luxurious shop is now up for grabs! Many of you who know me are well aware of how much I love an enjoy the shop, and how profitable these things have been. However, I have a new plan that will require supreme funding, and selling the shop will be a good way of helping that. I will be re-buying a shop in the near future.

As for offers, I bought the shop for $1,200,000.00 which I considered a steal. Offers must exceed $1,000,000 or I will not consider selling it because the profit I make will be more valuable. In sales, I make around a total of $210,000 on average a week. Profits are closer for $55,000 vs server price.

On this thread, you can post offers, ask questions, or anything. When I feel a suitable offer has been reached, and I don't sense a counter coming, I will accept and sell the shop.

Note: Star tools are allowed to be part of the transaction, however, they will be valued at $600,000. You may say, I offer an Eff 7 pick and $775,000, that would be equivalent to $1,375,000.
