Well, @Penguinpixi... For starters, I was wondering if you'de be interested in another spawn shop plus cash (Station39, 5th row, redmarket1) If this we're the case. If you are/aren't interested I won't/will sell it for cash .

There is another offer on the table. If the shop is gifted to a user I direct, should Pixi return to higher activity and want the shop back, that will be arranged... and, if the user I direct the shop to gives up on it, and Pixi is not interested in taking it back, it would then be sold and the bulk, or all, of the sale price given to Pixi for it.

No no no. . I'm saying I have nearly 150,000 worth of materials and money in buy signs there . Then, I'de say it's worth 200k.

200k+150k = $350k . Hope that clears it up.
