My point isn't lotto. That's an example of what I mean. If you just have a little luck, you can make money like that, similar to lotto, but not the same.
The difference is, as said in my point, there's nothing to lose here. With lotto, you can very easily come out in he negative.
Aww, cmon. Everybody likes TANS just fine. It doesn't matter who the winner was. TANS has accepted the decision, and imo there's not much point in continuing to press the issue.
I am done discussing it, but I really think that something should be done where we are told ahead of time if a shop is going to be auctioned. It could be a rule where 'shops at X tier and above are always auctioned' or a staff member could look at the expiring shops each week and announce it, idc.
it isn't as valuable as the other ones but no one should get a free 1.5m just for posting an app on time
Until 12:00am Mondays, on the date of expiry, the staff have no way to know that the person renting the shop won't renew. Having them announce an auction in advance is a little presumptuous. If Andrew hadn't wanted to auction it, then the apps for the shop that had been submitted would have been honored... it isn't his fault that the auction wasn't anticipated, and people were in a hurry to grab up the space. That wasn't the only shop that expired, but it was the only one people wanted.
That's why a different idea was proposed to have shops in Tiers 1-2 or 1-3 be always auctioned, instead of this happening.
They could just say: "if the following station(s) are not renewed, they will be auctioned." Or, have a rule where certain ones are always auctioned. Sent from my LG-VM701 using Tapatalk 2
I agree with your comment in this situation, however, I do feel it would eliminate so much so confusion if there was a simple rule that any of the top tier shops automatically go to an auction at expiration. Perhaps even a day or so that existing shop owners would have to clear their shops if they win the auction. Edit - too late - I think and type way too slow
I am really worried about this. A two week auction sounds illogical considering rising spawn towns lasted a week at most and are much more valuable than a spawnshop.
Please keep in mind as you bid, that the current time in the Eastern Time Zone is Daylight Saving Time, and the auction may end an hour before the stated time.
