I try my best to keep fair prices. ^.^

As for the exp signs I only keep so many sets of exp in stock at a time. As exp sells I will add more to the sign.

 

Depends what you consider a good amount of money, though I will assure you that what I take won't be a reasonable price. Buying one of the vacant shops next to me would be much cheaper though ^.^
