General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of the Star Rod (#K8GJMA63) from @glotai to @Yezekael
in exchange for $2,200,000 ECD total.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @glotai ensures to transfer the ownership of the Star Rod (#K8GJMA63) once the full payment of $2,200,000 ECD has been paid by @Yezekael in the 8 week time period.
• If ANY two weeks of payments are not made within 8 weeks after the approval date of this contract, @glotai may reclaim the Star Rod (#K8GJMA63) with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Yezekael agrees to transfer $200,000 ECD to @glotai within 24 hours of this contracts approval and $2,000,000 ECD on a payment plan to @glotai within 8 weeks of this contract's approval at a chest shop on main located at x: 13241 y: 67 z: 2934 (/warp florida and directly on your left) where it will be setup in 8 increments of $250,000 ECD
• • The payment plan schedule will follow as:
    • Week 1 (17/04/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 2 (24/04/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 3 (01/05/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 4 (08/05/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 5 (15/05/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 6 (22/05/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 7 (29/05/2020): $250,000 ECD
    • Week 8 (05/06/2020): $250,000 ECD
• @Yezekael agrees that if any two weeks of payments are not made within 8 week after the approval date of this contract that @glotai may reclaim the Star Rod (#K8GJMA63) with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
