General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a Melon Sword (ID #JWYNPD47) from @Budkiss to @Piojoblanco

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Piojoblanco will pay @Budkiss $120,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. After which @Piojoblanco will pay @Budkiss $216,363 ECD every week for 11 weeks on these dates: 7 August, 14 August, 21 August, 28 August, 4 September, 11 September, 18 September, 25 September, 2 October, 9 October,16 October. These payments total $2,500,000 ECD. The payments will be made to a sign/chest shop at X: -8312 Y:64 Z: -10539 which is at /warp Budkiss in increments of $216,363. Should the Melon Sword (ID #JWYNPD47) break or in any other way fall out of @Piojoblanco's possession, full payment will still have to be made according to the above terms.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Budkiss will give @Piojoblanco the Melon Sword (ID #JWYNPD47) within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. @Budkiss will keep ownership of the sword until all payments have been made. Within 24 hours of all payments having been made by @Piojoblanco, @Budkiss will execute the command "/own Piojoblanco" and @Piojoblanco will claim ownership.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
