Happened on 3/04/2020. Notes Clar sent me when she looked into it. ```[09:40:56] Player: ClarinetPhoenix | e1b2cc67-4579-486b-a1e3-3d8a42e89d6b moved an Owned item into or while having another inventory open named Vault #1 open. | ID: #K7DFHJ0Q Item Unique ID at World: CraftWorld{name=rising} X/Y/Z: 0/63/35``` This line says the tool was moved within your inventory while you had a pv open, pv 1, which I confirmed via the logs. it was a while ago so likely too late to get it back but figured I would post it in case it helps if there may be a bug.. At the time I was told since there was no way to determine player fault it wouldn’t be replaced.
That's quite too long ago to look into. We'd need reports to be made immediately after these problems happened, especially seeing as this involved a vault and is a completely different scenario.
