Star Rod Rental Contract

General Purpose of Contract: Safely lending @oootopia's Star Rod.

I @oootopia agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to lend @Chaaaaaaaaaad my Star Rod ( unique id #ILYILKAM) for one week. I will be providing that tool to @Chaaaaaaaaaad within 24 hours of this contract being approved after receiving the payment of 100,000 ECD also within 24 hours of this contract being approved. At the time of providing the tool, I will show @Chaaaaaaaaaad the chest in which the tool is to be returned at the end of the borrowing period located at /warp Joliet (coords:x: -12752 y= 63 z= 7099)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees to pay me Price 100,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being approved in game with screenshots taken by both parties before receiving the star rod.

@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees that should the tool be lost or broken, the tool must either be replaced by another star rod with the addition of a fee of 100,000 or compensated in the amount of 900k. Full repayment or replacement in this situation is expected within a period of 2 months from the time of the complaint being filed.

@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees that the tool will be returned to the designated chest in the Legacy town of Joliet (x: -12752 y= 63 z= 7099) one week after 24 hours after the approval of this contract. If @oootopia is unavailable at that time, @Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees that they will take time-stamped screenshot(s) of the return of the tool to the appropriate private chest, and then upload them and forum PM them directly to @oootopia.

@Chaaaaaaaaaad agrees that late returning of the tool will result in a late fee of 10k/day for up to 3 days, and that after 3 days a complaint will be filed for the returning of the tool and for the late fees incurred or the fees for the event of loss/breakage of tool agreed to will be in affect within a period of 2 months after this contract's end date.


I @oootopia agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
