[Star Rod Payment Plan]

General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of @rNin 's Star Rod (named "Star Rod", with own ID of "#JPTX3KN9") to @wolfspy7.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• After this contract has been approved, within 24 hours after the contract approval, @rNin will store the Star Rod (named "Star Rod", with own ID of "#JPTX3KN9") in a locked chest at rising world, in listed coordinates (coordinates: 4304 66 4214), without removing the own ID yet.
  
• If all payment from @wolfspy7 is successful, @wolfspy7 must give back the Star Rod through a private chest (coordinates: 4304 66 4214) to @rNin to transfer ownership and remove the own ID, then @rNin should store the Star Rod back into the chest for @wolfspy7 to receive his Star Rod with ownership cleared, which after this, the contract deal considered is successful.
• Assuming the conditions above are met and if @wolfspy7 paid full $1,060,000 in total to @rNin, if @rNin manages to lose the Star Rod while transferring ownership after @wolfspy7 successfully transferred the Star Rod back to the chest, @rNin must refund full amount ($1,060,000) to @wolfspy7, or @wolfspy7 may file a complaint to @rNin.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• After this contract has been approved, within 24 hours after the contract approval, @wolfspy7 will pay $100,000 upfront to @rNin and receive his Star Rod from the locked chest owned by @rNin at listed coordinates (coordinates: 4304 66 4214), without having his own ID on the tool.
• @wolfspy7 will pay $240,000 in 4 separate payments; which these totals at $960,000, combining with upfront payment will be at the sum of $1,060,000; date of payment will be: 25 January 2019 > 1 February 2019 > 8 February 2019 > 15 February 2019; there will be 1 day extension grace period for each deadlines for @wolfspy7 to pay in case if any issues arise.
• If the payment is not completed within 4 separate deadlines and the 1-day grace period; @wolfspy7 must return @rNin's Star Rod (named "Star Rod", with own ID of "#JPTX3KN9") back to @rNin, and @wolfspy7 will receive a 50% refund of the amount has been paid to @rNin; otherwise, if @wolfspy7 refuses or has no ability to return the Star Rod for any reason, @rNin will file a complaint and is obligated to refund nothing back.
• If @rNin's Star Rod is lost, destroyed, broken or any form of property destruction under @wolfspy7's ownership during the payment plan, @wolfspy7 must continue his payment plan with $15,000 extra fee and the deadline will be extended by 7 days (date is February 21, 2019); otherwise, the complaint will be filed to @wolfspy7 by @rNin, and no refunds will be given to @wolfspy7.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
