No, he's referring to an actual player who would log on and go afk for hours at spawn and became a server-wide sensation because of it. Andrew posted a thread about him in 2015 but I can't find it because digging through Andrew's thread posts is a nightmare and I can't for the life of me remember the dude's name.
The only other player I know who could fit that description is CHISM_101, but Radthorne is the only one I know who has anything to do with cacti.
It might have gotten deleted. I know Andrew purged a lot of forum posts and threads when he stepped back from the server

Rather than going for the "dealing with trolls" generic answer Imma give a real answer here. The hardest and least favorite part is the challenge of having patience with everyone you meet. A good staff member deals with each user fairly and with patience, it can be incredibly trying especially when some users go out of their way to try to make us angry, or just in general refuse to listen to advice we give or help themselves with the tools we direct them to. Now I'm not saying it makes them bad players, but it can make trying to help users or do our jobs difficult sometimes.
