    Honestly because we know our jobs are rated on whether or not we are doing them lol. If I decide one day that I'm going to pull an all day/night ECC run and I'm doing every single complaint, every single appeal, every single LWC, and Grief report, I just took away from everyone else's job performance.

    On top of that at time like this, when there are new staff, they need the oppertunity to learn how the system works, how to handle certain complaints. They also need to learn which complaints they can't handle. There are certain things that are for certain ranks and higher. Being on ECC Staff is a constant learning experience and we mostly learn by doing, so, if I decided I'm doing every complaint and contract, then how will any of the new mods learn how to handle those themselves?

    1) Yes we have a command list

    2) All the threads posted there are staff related. ie: Rules, regulations, major issues, things we feel we need to discuss. Unlike staff chat, the staff thread section is never used for general discussion type things.

    My first words as a staff member was "thanks I hope I do you all proud" it was I response to all the congrats I got and so far my fav mod perk ....would have to be the power of the blue name :) the ability to stop slander with just a sentence is amazing ... wish it worked in the real world

    1: Yes, there is. It's like a super secret club with in a club... or something.

    2: Tasks aren't really divided like that. Mods handle complaints and contracts first. S.Mods handle appeals, griefs and LWCs. GA's, Appa. Then, once our primary tasks are done, we work backwards to ensure all requests, complaints and apps are handled in a timely fashion.

    3: I think I appreciate most the users that understand the difference between saying "I'm sorry, I find that annoying, please stop." and "If you don't stop I'll ban you (get you banned)", etc. If something bothers you, you can ask for it to stop, but, you are not able to impose a punishment. That requires evidence collection, by yourself, and a complaint here on the forum.

    I used to be pretty close with Andrew and we spoke a lot back in the day. Not so much now, but we both still have random moments when we derp about things.

    Kukelekuuk00 is my boyfriend, and he'll be landing here on Sunday, and staying until Sept. 29! :D
