@staff is there any organization to who gets to"run" spawn? Or is it just go if you want to go?

 

We just go to spawn when there is no one there, or we just chill there if we are feeling like it. Or is there is a big situation at spawn, such as many spammers, everyone will go there to help.

 

Sometimes I miss just being able to sit there and not have to worry about the chat channels. i.e. If i'm playing SG. But I enjoy helping people so I don't mind

I miss the interaction with regular players. Before I was promoted, I used to do jobs for people, like mining/excavating/farming, and I used to build things for players, like my giant enderman, or pixel art of various things, or just stuff in the aether, but now most of my time is spent moderating. I hate having to tell people that I'm too busy to chat, but I usually am.

As of now, I spend about 3 hours per day on complaints, watching chat, LWCs etc. and any extra time on building bunnies (which are nearly done, finally), planning new things to be built (like the volcano and nether fortress and stuff in my hourglass town, City), or just chatting with people, like about the farming prices, or server events, or just whats going on with people irl.

Sometimes I wish I had more time to chat with people and build things, but I really like helping people solve their problems and being able to influence new things on the server So I'm glad that I am a moderator, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

 

Sometimes we will ask each other "Who isn't busy? Who isn't doing complaints? Who is just jumping around in their town being bored?" and that is usually the person who ends up at spawn. But other times someone will just say "I think I'll go to spawn for a while and farm or fish or something." There is no real organization, although sometimes I think there needs to be.

 

I like to ''camp'' spawn from time to time, lets me mingle with the community, and usually has some interesting happenings

 

@staff how active is staff chat? Are the conversations in it about general things like in global, or like user discipline matters?

My username was a fairly easy thing to come up with, The P is the first letter of my first name, the Brassat is my last name, and 17 is the year I graduate.

 

It is about as active as global, but cant tell what we say

 

To be honest, we usually talk about complaints. Very occasionally we talk about random stuff, but 98% of the time its complaints, who is going to spawn, who will do LWC removals and grief, and things like "Is anyone watching global chat?" Its not very exciting.

 

Lol I think staff chat is exciting. xD

It's like... Police using walky-talkies (or radios) for communcation, we have our own channel to make sure people are taking care of certain tasks/situations. Sometimes it can be thrilling, depending on what's going on, other times it's peaceful (if global is quiet) and we just ask each other about our day.

 

To all staff: Is there a feature you wish was added to ECC?

 

To all of the Mods, I want to know how many towns you own. Also I want to know if you have your own personal town that has a vault in it? Tag me in your response so I can see!

 

I sold my towns
But i keep all my stuff in protected chests in nearly empty towns

 

To clou44: What is your favorite color and what is your favorite mod color?

 

I own two of my own original towns. Kyoto, my mayor town. Aetherius, my President town. And currently am co-mayor of Tommy_T's spawn town of Stoneport. I don't own a vault, I see no purpose in it. I would rather build an awesome castle or something with the resource it takes to make a vault.

 

@all staff How long have you been a member on ECC?

 

I personally wish there were a command to see what donations you have. I would also like to see a town of the week contest, with a portal at spawn for the current winner. I think that would be awesome, and a great way to see everyone's builds and things.

I own 3 towns, Clouverville, Vanclouver, and City. I am also co-mayor of two towns (that I am active in, I am comayor to more towns than I can list) Murica and Bunny Island.

My favorite color is like a purple-pink kind of color. The color of my hair in game is the best representation. My favorite mod color is the moderator blue. I just like to look at it and it is easy to read in game.
