I was very surprised, I thought there was still some time left until picks were made, so I logged in the forums for checking one of my sales threads (I think) and saw I had about 10 alerts which made me realize it. I couldn't believe it, but I was very happy. :)

By the looks of it, it was pretty boring. I don't remember exact details though, since it was a year and a half ago D:

 

Well, just before the announcement on who was promoted, the voting awards were handed out. So, on top of that promotion, which I was glad I was sitting down for (same goes for my S.Mod promotion), I was 5k richer, too.

 

My first complaint was one of the ones that I could resolve in game. Both users online, and while they weren't full of joy over the outcome, no other action had to be taken. I don't remember more specifics as it was nearly a year and many, many complaints ago.

 

My first one was pretty simple: user reported another user for advertising and then the banhammer struck for advertising

My first complaint... oh gosh, that was a long time ago...

Well let me tell you about it.

I sat there for a good 10 minutes not know what to do.. I was confused, and still in shock that I had gotten staff. I barely knew how to do anything at that time. But thanks to a few of my friends on staff I was able to handle it, and I fell in love with doing complaints after that.

I was super excited to handle my first complaint. It was for someone using vulgar language, and it was borderline ban/warning. I asked around and it was a warning and ever since then I've loved doing complaints! That pretty much it ._. I guess my first complaint was pretty boring, lol.
