I really like being staff. It's been really interesting so far interacting with everyone and helping people. The best thing is helping someone and then putting a smile on their face. Although it is quite the challange. I'm not used to having to watch chat all the time, as well as I am a horrible typist. But that's gonna change soon.

 

Staff has been amazing. I felt very welcomed and so far have enjoyed every second being on the team. I love to help others with their questions and hope I'll be able to answer more in the future. :)

 

Well so far I do enjoy it very much. It' s fun and the work is challenging. However I find that in game is a bit harder then forum work. But that is ok because it's fun and keeps me on my toes :)

 

Cannot say things have changed majorly since I was last on staff, I do like how personal things are now kept out of staff related things xD but other then that things just seem overall a little more professional which is great.

If staffing was color related. One would be blue and the other red, its completely different to before.

Back in the day you were only really dealing with 20-30 people, you weren't having to look at the forums at all because there was no resident/mayor applications, lwc removals or general complaints. Yeah you did have those things, but they are single handedly dealt with by Andrew because the footfall was so much lighter then now. So he had time to do all of it and play the game :p
The only thing i remember doing were water requests because you gained water as a plus for being a mod. So it was a very more relaxed approach about moderating, you were simply there to keep the peace on the server, and people would respect and take you word for things, because everyone new each other and just wanted to play and have fun.

Compare that to now and i bet every staff member will agree its nothing like that, as in things to do. Because the server itself is so much bigger, there are lots more things to do. ECC really established itself as a professional economy server so people take things very seriously because of donations and such. With real money in the picture, I understand it being a lot more serious but with that theres a lot more work to keep the peace and staffers needing to be there to keep it.

1. Christmas as we dont really celebrate Halloween round here, well not like America does :p Although I am hopefully seeing my girlfriend this year over in America so that will be good!.

2. Funnily enough my favourite colour is Light Blue :p

2. Red, not dark red like the ServerOwner red, but more light red like the smod color.

 

I always think you're a super mod. I will never think of you as a moderator. You were a great smod. :( and that color fits you much more than blue.
