Splash potions aren't working in /warp pvp arena 1

Instructions:
1. Go to /warp pvp and enter arena 1
2. Throw a splash potion
3. It won't work and will disappear from your inventory before reappearing after 1 tick

Result:
Splash potion disappeared from inventory and then reappeared after 1 tick

Expected Result:
Splash potion should have harmed opponent
