Hello I'm thundar001 (Special Effect). I am a minecraft modern architect. I came to offer you all ability to order my own home designs. I have many different collections such as the plank collection, White-out collection, etc. Over time I will show off more home designs and collections so be sure to check when I post update.

At the moment I am still setting up shop but in time I will be ready to take orders and sell existing home. But here have a look at the plank collection that I have to show off at the moment. Remember, no orders yet.

I am currently testing and working on small plot houses. got nothing yet but in time I will have something.

 

I got a house that I just created that is 10x10. Its part of my Whiteout collection which I will not release for a week but I will build you this house. If you like the offer post again. The price to build the house is *7500.

Also my becoming out with the colored collection in a week or two. Its nothing but experiments but I hope they ggo through perfectly

 

Now coming out in the town of Zythros is the Cubed Condos and Rent a stall. This is a 7 story building with 24 condos on the top 6 floors and shop stalls to rent on the bottom. The condos are 500 a week and stalls are still being decided. If you want to buy a condo leave your gamertag and prices will be talked about.

Wow. Sure I guess. I normally dont do these kinds of stuff but I will make one for you. I will try to catch you and talk to you about it in 2 days. Right now with the holidays its not going to be the best time for me to do much.

And added to this as a note. If I create a building that is bigger than 20x20 and taller than 4 stories, I will only build one other in the entire server (Unless I become very needy for cash). Most of my buildings I will house in the town of Zythros and my own towns when I get enough money. So it becomes the first come first server rule.

Keep in update. I have multiple building designs that are being created and finalized so check every so often.

 

The second paragraph is now cut out. I see that I cant have business if I am limited on customers. So I will build the building by request. My winter break is almost over and I would like to test out a program so I will try to due my best. Some things my delay me but I will try the best I can. Any official request for me to build this building post after this post.
