I just noticed an extremely high vacancy rate in the bottom layer of user shops at spawn. On the old side the entire bottom layer was completely full prior to the area expansion. Perhaps another spawn trade shop remodel is in order (maybe just remove bottom layer). Or even some kind of promotion/discount.

Update: The server is now down to a single spawn shop on the bottom layer. This is shop #5 rented by Generaljoecool.
