    The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes

    Andrew, I post this application exactly on Jul 16th at 12:01 am, the station was already expired.
    I did it first! vdubmastertech did after me.

    Based on past examples of this situation, I don't believe that is how it works. Take Tkick for example: The past 2 times his shop has been up for expiration, he has posted his renewal after the expiration date and his was still renewed in both cases.

    Basically if I were to not post a renewal app after the expiration date (and before Andrew processes the Trade-Shop apps) then you would get first pick, as you were first to post after the expiration date. For example, if he processed trade-shop apps at 12:30 am, and I had not posted for renewal, then the trade shop would be yours. However, since I have applied for renewal before the Trade-Shop apps were processed then my renewal is processed first.

    It's ultimately up to Andrew, but based on past examples, I believe my Trade-Shop renewal app will take priority over your app.

    Anyway, this is not fair.
    There is a time and date of expiry, it means you have to post the application for renewed before this deadline. If Andrew process these applications after 30 days for example, other applications will be discarded?
    If this happens there is no reason to expiration date.

    Andrew, please make your assessment of it.

    Whether or not you believe it is "fair" is irrelevant. The expiry date only means that you are eligible to APPLY for it, but you will only get it if I do not post a renewal app before the apps are processed. Like I said look at recent past examples (specifically Tkick) and Andrew's post I quoted above. My renewal should take priority over your app.
