My old station (43) officially expires today. The station I am applying for (72) also officially expires today. The reason this is a new trade shop and not a relocation is because both of the stations expire today (43 and 72), which means Station72 is unowned and available to be rented. I also do not technically own Station43 anymore, since it expires today.​
