THEN MAKE REASONALBE RULES! IF YOU MAKE A TOWN, THEN DON'T WANT IT, SELL IT AND GET OFF, THEN IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAVE A PORTAL. THE PERSON WHO ORIGINALLY CREATED THIS TOWN HASN'T BEEN ON IN MONTHS, AND IS NEVER GOING TO BE ON AGAIN. WHEN I BOUGHT IT, I WASS ASSURED I COULD BUY A PORTAL. CHANGE YOUR RULE AND GIVE ME A PORTAL.
