Fair enough, I have owned both 4th a 5th tier shops. When my 4th tier shop was stocked, fully stocked... I'de make 15k-20k revenue a day (That was in bluemarket.) I currently own a 5th row spawn-shop, in redmarket that currently only makes around 5k revenue a day (No where close to full stocked) When it was fully stocked, I made the same amount as my 4th row shop, for a lot less.
