What type of build are you looking for?: 250x250 roundish, ovalish island, with village at south east edge.
Do you have a location ready for this build?: Almost, world: Legacy
Do you understand that depending on the size of the structure prices may vary?: Yup. 50K for this would be outrageously low.
What is your budget?: 50K-500K (probs around 300K max after buying the towns.)
Any details?: Island should be mountainy, i WILL have a builder team hired, they should do what you say. Right now the entire site is under water, we will have to build the island from scratch. I am currently working on a singleplayer world of this.
Are you supplying materials or am I?(keep in mind that for me to supply materials will add a little to the cost): Ill have most, like 90%+ of the materials
Do you understand that payment must be delivered as soon as the structure has been built?(you may also pay before hand):Yes

 

Sparkly did an absolutely magnificent job!! The town is in a swamp and she turned it into something magical. It has a tree house, lighthouse, campground, witch huts, etc. I will post some pics later but if you're considering hiring Sparkly, DO IT!! She's great!! If you'd like to take a look,

Any details?: Again this is a small build so that is why my budget is low. It might be even under 40k I still haven't decided how small, but I will soon

Id like to say that although the castle is not done yet the towers/walls she has made so far are stunning i highly recommend hiring sparkly as a builder she puts alot of time and detail in her builds she is very easy going and nice to work with about builds/payments you name it thank you @SparklyPotato2 :)
