Hello robin, sorry for the late replay. Unfortunately, I do not do payment plans at this amount. I would gladly do it but I am very busy and could possibly lose track of the plan. For that reason I prefer payment all-in-one either when the house is done, or when it is being started. If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to talk to me in-game or start a conversation with you on the forums.
