Sad hard truth is, Builders, Residents, and yes, sometimes even Mayors will get ignored in chat. And not just because someone missed their message. I get ignored by presidents plenty of times. Some people even ignore me on purpose. There are nice people out there who will help you, even besides staff, just keep looking
