There Is a way with Minecraft help chat. My account was hacked before, and I got it back through them.

Apply for a temporary ban ASAP. If the hacker googles your username and sees it come up on EcoCityCraft, he's going to come on and probably spend all your money and break as many rules as possible. If you apply for a temporary ban he cannot get on to do any harm until you get your account back.
Edit: Seems you haven't played in over a month, you won't have any money or items anyway due to the cleanup policy, but still apply for a temp ban so you don't get a real ban for something the hacker does.
