If you can't put it in safe mode your in big trouble...
I'd suggestion google at this point. -
If you have a BSOD error code please post it here or google it. I'd asume something silly happened to your hard-drive if you can get that far in the start-up process, but that's just a guess.
Error codes plz. The big number with lots of 0s. It actually means something to the weird computer people from BSOD land.-

Personally, I am not sure how to help you. However, I will be moving this to Help & Support, as General Discussion is the not quite the right place.

Alright, describe in detail what happens when you hit the power button of the computer. All stages. -

Hmmm... Make sure there are no cds in there either. Windows tries to boot from them first and gets upset if it can't. When you try starting it in safe mode, what does it freeze at?
Otherwise I'd say windows could be corrupt then?
You may have to reinstall it...
...You have backed it up recently, right? Right? -
Alright, just going by past experiences here:
- You have a have an issue that prevents a successful boot.
- Hard Drive Related:
- Your Hard Drive got corrupted. Check your BIOS for any repair utilities.
- Operating System Related:
- Your instalation of Windows got corrupted. Try re-installing/upgrading from the CD if you can. You may have to wipe your Hard Drive, so if you have the resources take it out and clone it somewhere.
- Memory Related:
- Your memory may be corrupted.
Do a memtest run from BIOS, and see what happens.
- If memtest fails during the process then you know it's hardware.
- If the memtest is successful then we shouldn't have more problems.

- Motherboard problem, nothing we can do here. Buy a dog new PC.
