I would use this town to set up a place to run my charity events and use part of it to make a free to use farm with melons, pumpkins, wheat, and cane. I would allow users that do not currently have farm access to temporarily use the farm untill they were done for the day then add them back if they wanted to farm again.

The town i currently own is brilliant. However, this town requires time and alot of hard effort to expand. There are many people who like to create towns that are perfectly looking and presentable and, in my opinion, I have this. However I would much enjoy a town that I could be free with, chill out a bit with. Maybe even provide free plots for newcomers. This may be a generic message but it's what i intend to do with it. Thanks for posting this and giving me a chance!

I would use it to create a new town which gives Free plots to homeless builders, and possible creation of a public farm. First step of the 'Revolution' Project, which I am currently planning. This would make the process much faster, and would help me carry all these actions along, which would end up in benefits for all the players on the server who can participate. I wouldn't even dare use it for profit, considering the other towns/farms I have already serve for that.
