Hey everyone. I set out about a week ago to build an awesome skyscraper in my town. So I went into a creative singleplayer and built this structure to get a rough idea of what I wanted to build.

Where I'm At Now​

Now here I am a week later and about 15k into building the huge skyscraper. The bottom line is I need some sort of investment capital to get this thing done. I've decided to open it up and let people buy a floor before it's complete so that way I can finish the tower in a reasonable amount of time. Here is it's current status at about %25 done.

A little bit about the location and tower​

The tower is located in the town of Redstonecity. It has a portal and the tower is very close to the portal (you can see the building that holds the portal sort of rendered in the background) so it wouldn't be a long run if you don't /sethome. It is about 27x27 at the base of the building and every so often shifts in one. There will be a total of 8 floors for sale and a large penthouse. The biggest floor is 25x25 and they get slightly smaller from there. I will have lift signs that take you to your floor and can be locked to just you and your friends.​

What I'm asking for​

In order for me to be able to pay for all of the iron, which has a projected cost of around 64,000, I need to get at least 7k for each floor and 8k for the penthouse. It will be sort of a pay what you want motto as long as it meets the minimum of 7k. If you would like to reserve a floor or the penthouse please leave a comment below or pm me ingame. I will be keeping this thread up to date to let you know how many floors are left.​

You mean the top domed glass part? Then yes that is the penthouse and is for sale. It is slightly smaller length x width than all other floors but you get a really high ceiling.
