Links should work in /shouts​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Give people a resource when using /shout and will give more reason to use /shout in the long run.​

Other information:

Not sure why they don't work, as long as shouts are limited to the same spam rules as /ch g I see no reason why there not.​
