Move Lily Pad from 'Rare' to 'Common' - Fishing mcMMO​

What are you suggesting:

That the rate at which you fish a lily pad when fishing is increased​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

At this moment in time it is very rare that you come across a lily pad or anyone who is selling them. The drop rate from fishing is very low for lily pads as they're in the treasure category which requires a high fishing level. It is very rarely in skyblock that people gain a high fishing level as fishing isn't really a common skyblock thing. Lily pads should be moved into the 'Common' category instead of the 'Rare' category. These are needed for a low tier challenge so they should be easier to get.​

Yes but it isn't meant to be that hard for the second tier of challenges. I have seen 1 person since skyblock restart selling lilly pads, they need to be easier to get hold of.
