Add /moisturize and /soak to Skyblock​

What are you suggesting:

I would like to see the /moisturize and /soak command be implemented for Skylegend or Skygod rank .​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

To be able to speed up the process of concrete making in skyblock.
Skygods currently get /kit color, which has concrete powder, might as well give them the /soak command too.​
